2.Heard the learned Counsel for petitioner.

3.Mr.S.Lakshmanasamy, learned counsel appearing for the respondent has got no serious objection for condoning the delay and he is ready to proceed with the main appeal.

4.In view of the above, the delay stands condoned and the petition is ordered.

5.Learned counsel for petitioner is directed to serve copies of petition and typed set of papers to the learned counsel for respondent.
