Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the writ petition, the respondent is directed to consider the application made by the petitioner dated 07.05.2025, conduct enquiry, after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and counter parties if any, pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
