This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.24740 of 2024 by an order dated 04.10.2024 passed by this Court to report before the Principal Sessions Judge, Puducherry on all working days at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the investigation in this case has been completed and the respondent Police has filed the final report before the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Puducherry. However, the same has not yet been taken on file.

3. Considering the above submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.24740 of 2024 by an order dated 04.10.2024 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Puducherry, on the 3rd working day of January 2025 at 10.30 a.m., and thereafter, on the dates to be fixed by the learned Judge. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2
