This writ petition has been filed for direction to the third respondent to cancel the wrong entry made by the fifth respondent in computerized Town Land register and to restore the original entry based on the petitioner's representation dated 16.12.2024 & 12.06.2025 within the time frame fixed by this Court.

Without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the third respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representations dated 16.12.2024 & 12.06.2025 and, after issuance of notice to the petitioner and giving him opportunity of personal hearing, to pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of 2/4

twelve weeks from the date of receipt of this order. 3.

With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
