The present Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 06.03.2025 within the time that may be stipulated by this Court. 1/4

2.Since no adverse order is being passed against the respondent, notice to the respondent is dispensed with.

3. The petitioner herein is a retired Principal of a Matriculation in Mayiladuthurai. After his retirement, the petitioner having involved himself in the process of research and study relating to treatments and therapies that effectively cure prominent diseases like diabetes, phlegm related illness such as cystic fibrosis etc, had introduced a revolutionary treatment therapy with the name 'Saipathy law of medical science' which is a culmination of Thermo therapy, Chemo therapy and Yoga Therapy. In order to register the above research work done by the petitioner, he had addressed a representation dated 26.03.2025 to the respondent. However, the said representation did not invoke any response from the respondent and therefore, to espouse the said cause, the petitioner has come up with the present Writ Petition.

Though very many grounds have been raised, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it would suffice, if this Court issues a direction to the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 26.03.2025 and pass orders on the same within the time that may be stipulated by this Court. 2/4

In view of the limited relief sought for in this Writ Petition, this Court without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, directs the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 26.03.2025 and pass appropriate orders on the same in accordance with law within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and any other interested parties.

6. This Writ Petition stands disposed of with the aforesaid direction. There shall be no order as to costs.
