The learned counsel for the applicant on instructions submits that the vehicle which was directed to be repossessed by this Court on 02.12.2024 by the Advocate Commissioner, has been repossessed on 18.02.2025 at Andhra Pradesh. The Advocate Commissioner is absent today.

The submission of the learned counsel for the applicant is recorded.

Fresh notice to the respondent through Court as well as privately returnable by 03.03.2025. The applicant is permitted to serve notice on the counsel, who had appeared for the respondent in the application filed by the applicant under Section 11 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
