Learned counsel for the applicant would submit that the vehicle has been repossessed by the Advocate Commissioner.

2. The Advocate Commissioner has also filed a report to that effect. He seeks for additional remuneration. The Advocate Commissioner has been paid an initial remuneration of Rs.30,000/-. Since the vehicle has been repossessed at Hyderabad, the applicant is directed to pay an additional remuneration of Rs.20,000/- to the Advocate Commissioner within a period of one week from the https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

3. An affidavit of service has been filed by the learned counsel for the applicant. As seen from the same, notice sent to the respondent has been returned unserved. Learned counsel for the applicant informed this Court that the applicant has already filed an application under section 11 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act seeking for appointment of an Arbitrator in Arb.O.P.No.27/2025 and in the said application, an Advocate has entered appearance on behalf of the respondent. Since the said application is scheduled for hearing on 11.03.2025, this application is also directed to be posted along with Arb.O.P.No.37 of 2025 on 11.03.2025.
