Prayer : -This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents Nos.1 to 4 to take necessary action including initiation of criminal proceedings against the respondents Nos.6 to 8 for their illegal acts, misappropriation of funds and other related offences based on the petitioners representation dated 14.7.2025 within the time stipulated by this Court.

The District Collector has passed an order today i.e.03.02.2026. The view taken by the District Collector appears to have extremely charitable, considering the nature of charges that have been levelled against the President and the Vice President.

2. If the petitioner is aggrieved, he may challenge the same. A copy of the order has been handed over to Mr.Raghavendran by Mr.M.S.Arasakumar.
