Prayer:- Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records relating to the impugned order passed by the respondent in proceedings Rc.No.E1/122111/2000 dated 12.05.2003, quash the same and consequently direct the respondent to fill up the posts of Regional Managers from the Panel of Managers (Quality Control) drawn in the 348th Board Meeting of the respondent Corporation held on 05.12.2002 vide proceedings Rc.No.H2/104982/2002 dated 10.12.2002 and as per the amendment to the Tamil Nadu Civil Supplies Corporation Service Regulations 1989.
