ORDER
This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to investigate and file the final report in Cr.No.88 of 2017 dated 30.03.2017 for the offences under Sections 408, 465, 468 and 477A of IPC pending on the file of the respondent Police.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent.
3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that though the respondent has registered a case in the above said number on 30.03.2017, no final report is filed till date.
4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl Side) appearing for the respondent submitted that the respondent police may be permitted to file a final report within a period of two months. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
5. In view of the above, the respondent police is directed to file a final report within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
6. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
