This Contempt Petition was filed on the ground that the order passed by this Court in WP.No.9452 of 2010 dated 29.03.2022, was not complied with. 2.When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents submitted that allotment order has been issued in favour of the petitioner through proceedings dated 27.11.2023.
