ORDER

This application has been filed for condonation of delay of 18 days in filing the appeal.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the decree holder submits that EP is pending from 2019 and being a statutory body, the execution petition could not be executed for some reasons. The delay has occurred due to the difficult financial situation of the respondent.

3. At this juncture, Mr.Om Prakash, learned Senior counsel appearing for the applicant and the learned counsel for the decree holder submit that they are willing to get along with the case for final hearing, if the date is fixed.

4. Being satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this application, this application is ordered and the delay of 18 days in filing the appeal is hereby condoned.
