By order dated 21.04.2025, the defendant's agreement to hand over the machinery described in Annexure 'B' to the MRF Tyres and Service Franchise Agreement dated 23.08.2022 and the further agreement to 1/2 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

SENTHILKUMAR RAMAMOORTHY,J rna hand over the promotional / display items mentioned at Annexure 'C' of the said agreement were recorded. Learned counsel for the plaintiff submits that the said machinery and promotional / display items were handed over by the defendant to the plaintiff as agreed. In view thereof, it is no longer possible for the defendant to violate the common order dated 02.09.2024 in O.A.Nos.603 & 604 of 2024. Consequently, A.Nos.6240 to 6245 of 2024 seeking relief in respect of alleged wilful disobedience of the said order are closed.
