(Made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) Heard Mr.P.Murali, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.P.Muthukumar, learned State Government Pleader for the respondents.
2. Learned State Government Pleader, on instructions of the Tahsildar, submits that the encroachments at S.Nos.107 and 115 have been completely removed on 30.08.2022. The encroachment at S.No.30/2 was partially removed on 30.08.2022 and the remaining encroachment would also be removed preferably within a period of four weeks from today.
3. In view of the said statement, the writ petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. (S.V.G., CJ.) (D.B.C., J.) 03.01.2024 Index :
