ORDER

Challenging the impugned order dated 20.08.2025 made in Crl.M.P.No.5118 of 2025 passed by Principal Special Court under EC and NDPS Court, Chennai, the petitioner preferred this Criminal Revision Case.

2. Today, when the matter taken up for hearing, learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that as this case is involved under NDPS Act, the same may be referred to Drug Disposal Committee.

3. Considering the fact that since the case is involved under the NDPS Act, this Criminal Revision Case is disposed of with a direction directing the petitioner to approach the Drug Disposal Committee for his remedy and if any such petition is filed, the Drug Disposal Committee is directed to consider the same and dispose the same within a period of three weeks. 25-09-2025 Index:Yes/No Speaking/Non-speaking order Internet:Yes rpp To
