Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records in G.O.(2D) No.23, Environment, Climate Change and Forest (FR.2(II)) Department, dated 04.03.2022 on the file of the 1st respondent and quash the same with consequential direction to the respondents to regularise the petitioners service in the cadre of forest watcher for the purpose of getting minimum person by giving relaxation in respect of height on par with their

junior namely K.Vellaisamy (23.01.1987), with effect from 01.02.1995 in the light of the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.21574 of 2021 dated 06.10.2021 and G.O.(2D) No.96, Environment, Climate Change and Forest (FR.2(ii)) Department, dated 08.07.2022 within a time limit that may be fixed by this Court.

ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed to quash the G.O.(2D) No.23, Environment, Climate Change and Forest (R.2(II)) Department, dated 04.03.2022 on the file of the 1st respondent and consequential direction to the respondents to regularise the petitioners service in the cadre of forest watcher for the purpose of getting minimum pension by giving relaxation in respect of height on par with their junior, viz., Vellaisamy, with effect from 01.02.1995 in the light of the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.21574 of 2021 dated 06.10.2021 and G.O.(2D) No.96, Environment Climate Change and Forest (FR.2(ii)) Department dated 08.07.2022.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record.

3. Without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, following the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.21574 of 2021 dated 06.10.2021 and G.O.(2D) No.96, Environment Climate Change and Forest (FR.2(ii)) Department dated 08.07.2022, the second respondent is directed to reconsider the issue of the petitioner and pass orders on merits and in accordance within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
