O.A.No.910 of 2024 P.B.BALAJI,J., This Original Application has been filed to grant ad-interim injunction restraining the 6th and 7th respondent from making any payments to the credit of the respondents No.1 to 3.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the applicant has filed an affidavit in support of the above application for grant of injunction. It is the case of the applicant that one of its partners has floated the first respondent-Company where he holds 99% of shares and in such process, he has diverted the business/work orders of the applicant Firm to the first respondent-Company.

3. The learned counsel has filed documents in support of the said contentions which are available in the typed set of papers and there is a prima facie case made out and balance of convenience is in favour of the plaintiff and if ad-interim injunction is not granted, the plaintiff will be put to great loss and hardship and hence, I am inclined to grant ad1/2 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

4. The plaintiff is directed to strictly comply with the stipulations under Order XXXIX Rule 3(a) of C.P.C., and file necessary affidavit in Court regarding compliance on 16.12.2024

5. Issue notice to the respondents through Court and also privately returnable by 16.12.2024. In the meantime, there shall be an interim injunction as prayed for.
