Prayer:- Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a writ of Mandamus, directing the 2nd respondent to consider the petitioner representation dated 24.02.2025 as per the order passed in WP. No.56 of 2025 vide order dated 08.01.2025 for cancelling the patta No.533, by issuing the new patta as per the title of the petitioners Late Grandmother.

O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed for a direction directing the 2nd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 24.02.2025 as per the order passed in WP. No.56 of 2025 vide order dated 08.01.2025 for cancelling the patta No.533, by issuing the new patta as per the title of the petitioner's Late Grandmother.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record.

3. Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the writ petition, the 2nd respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 24.02.2025 as per the order passed in WP.No.56 of 2025 2/4

dated 08.01.2025 and after conducting an enquiry by issuing notice to the petitioner and the counter parties, if any, and affording them a personal opportunity of hearing, to pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
