O R D E R
There shall be an order of interim stay as prayed for on condition that the petitioner/appellant shall deposit 50% of the award amount with accrued interests and costs, to the credit of MCOP.No.4207 of 2016, on the file of Motor 4/5
Accidents Claims Tribunal, Principal Sub Judge, Cuddalore within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which, interim stay granted by this Court shall stand automatically vacated, without any reference to this Court.
2. On such deposit being made, the Tribunal is directed to disburse the same in favour of the respondent/claimant within a period of one week thereafter and further, the Trial court is directed to release the vehicle of the appellant transport corporation forthwith.
3. Post the matter after two weeks.
