PRAYER This writ petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India directing the 1st respondent to remove the lock and seal of the schedule property at 13, Ethirajsamy Salai, Erukkencherry, Chennai- 600 118 in accordance with law and simultaneously hand over the possession of the property to the petitioner being the landlord of the property within a time frame to be fixed by this Hon'ble court.
