2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the charge was altered to Section 109 (i) of BNS; however, due to a typographical error, it was mistakenly typed as Section 302 of the IPC.

3. A perusal of the record would make it clear that only Section 109 (i) of BNS was registered. Therefore, the Registry is directed to delete Section 302 of the IPC mentioned in the second paragraph, and correct it to Section 109 (i) of BNS. A fresh order copy, with the correction, shall be issued to the parties.
