This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner that the petitioner shall report before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Krishnagiri on everyday at 10.30a.m., till committal and thereafter, appear before the Principal Sessions Court, Krishnagiri weekly once i.e., on every Monday at 10.30a.m., until further orders in Crl.M.P.No.17681 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.22267 of 2023, dated 08.11.2023.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Krishnagiri weekly once on every Monday at 10.30a.m., till the date of committal.
