W.M.P.No.5572 of 2024 in Rev.Aplw.Sr.No.161209 of 2023 M.S.Ramesh.J., This petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 238 days in filing the Review Application against the order dated 15.03.2023 passed in W.P.No.25027 of 2019.

2. This Court is convinced with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of the petition. Since the delay has been satisfactorily explained, the delay is condoned and this petition is allowed.

3. Registry is directed to number the above Review Application, if it is otherwise in order and post the same on 07.03.2025.
