Respondent(s) PRAYER:-Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for an issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to consider and dispose the petitioners representation dated 14.08.2025 and issue direction to the 3 rd respondent to complete further registration formalities of our sale deed and MOD dated 16.07.2025 vide pending Document No.P /Pallavaram/113/2025 vide receipt No.9292/2025 dated 16.07.2025 and Doc No.P/Pallavaram/114/2025 dated vide Receipt No.9293/2025 dated 16.07.2025 in favor of Mrs.Ponalagu on the file of SRO Pallavaram and complete and conclude the process of sale deed and MOD and to return the registered sale deed and MOD to the petitioners and consequently directing the 1 st and 2 nd respondents to initiate necessary departmental enquiry against the 3rd respondent and take necessary action against him within the stipulated time as prescribed by this Court.

ORDER

This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking to direct the respondents to consider and dispose the petitioners representation dated 14.08.2025 and issue direction to the 3 rd respondent to complete further registration formalities of our sale deed and MOD dated 16.07.2025 vide pending Document No.P/Pallavaram/113/2025 vide receipt No.9292/2025 dated 16.07.2025 and Doc No.P/Pallavaram/114/2025 dated vide Receipt No.9293/2025 dated 16.07.2025 in favor of Mrs.Ponalagu on the file of SRO Pallavaram and complete and conclude the process of sale deed and MOD and to return the registered sale deed and MOD to the petitioners and consequently directing the 1st and 2 nd respondents to initiate necessary departmental enquiry against the 3 rd respondent and take necessary action against him. 2.Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that though the petitioners made a representation dated 14.08.2025 before the respondents, to

complete the registration formalities of the sale deed and MOD dated 16.07.2025, the same has not been considered by the respondents, so far. Hence, he prayed to direct the respondents to consider and dispose of petitioners representation dated 14.08.2025.

3.Learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents would submit that the representation of the petitioners dated 14.08.2025 will be considered and disposed of within four weeks. 4.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents. 5.Considering the submission made by both the parties and in view of the limited prayer sought for in this Writ Petition, without going into the merits of the case, this Court directs the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioners dated 14.08.2025 and dispose of the same on merits and in

accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6.With the above said direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
