This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.MP.No.17210 of 2023 in Crl.OP.No.19613 of 2023, by an order dated 30.10.2023, to report before the respondent Police once in every week i.e., on every Monday at at 10.00 a.m., until further orders.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner in Crl.MP.No.17210 of 2023 in Crl.OP.No.19613 of 2023, by an order dated 30.10.2023, is totally relaxed.
