ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner to quash the FIR in Crime No.621 of 2024 registered by the 1 st respondent police.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the 1 st respondent police and also perused the materials available on record.

3. Since no adverse order is being passed against the 2 nd respondent, notice to the 2 nd respondent is dispensed with.

4. A reading of the complaint and FIR shows that there is prima facie allegations against the petitioner and that, no grounds made out by the petitioner to quash the FIR.

5. Therefore, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
