Heard Mr. S.Sairaman, Learned Counsel for the Petitioner, Mr. V.Rajnikanth, Learned Counsel for the First Respondent and Mr. B.Vijay, Learned Counsel for the Second to Fourth Respondents and perused the materials placed on record, apart from the pleadings of the parties. 2.

The Writ Petition has been filed for a direction to the First Respondent to dispose of the appeal dated 22.02.2023.

Learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the Respondents states, on instructions, states that the appeal has been taken on file as Na.Ka.No. 3405/M1/2023 and has been posted for hearing on 07.02.2024 before the First Respondent.

In such circumstances, the Petitioner and all other concerned parties shall attend the hearing before the First Respondent on the said date as well as on the 2/5

subsequent dates to which it is adjourned and extend their co-operation for the expeditious disposal of the matter and there shall be atleast two effective hearing every month showing progress of the case. It shall be incumbent upon the First Respondent to afford full opportunity of hearing to all parties concerned following the prescribed procedure in consonance with the principles of natural justice, deal with each of the contentions raised and pass reasoned orders on merits and in accordance with law and communicate the decision taken to them under written acknowledgment. The report of such compliance shall be filed before the Registrar (Judicial) of the Court. In the result, the Writ Petition is disposed on the aforesaid terms. No costs.
