ORDER

This writ petition has been filed directing the respondent to initiate disciplinary proceedings and pass final orders within a stipulated period.

2. The petitioner was working as Manager (Quality Control) at Krishnagiri Region. At the date of his retirement i.e., on 30.06.2023, he was not permitted to retire and placed under suspension alleging certain irregularities in the auction sale of paddy KMS-2020-2021, Tiruvannamalai. Now, the grievance of the petitioner is that without serving any charge memo, the disciplinary proceedings is not yet initiated as against the petitioner.

3. Considering the above facts and circumstances, the respondent is directed to initiate disciplinary proceedings as against the petitioner in accordance with law and complete the same within a period of six months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. It is also made clear that the petitioner is entitled for subsistence allowance and it shall be paid to him 2/4

without any delay.

4. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
