Applicant Company Application filed under Section 460(4) of Companies Act, 1956 read with Rules 9 and 11(b) of Companies (Court) Rules, 1959, praying to (a) to take the report on record; (b) to permit the Official Liquidator to dispose the old Books & Records along with Iron Racks of the Company in Liquidator which are irrelevant to the Liquidation proceedings; (c) to permit the Official Liquidator to engage services of Murray & Company, to conduct Auction Sale with regard to disposal records and iron racks (movable assets) of the Company in Liquidation and (d) to permit the Official Liquidator to incur the cost of this application, expenses that occur in connection with the above said auction proceedings and out of the funds of the Company in Liquidation.
