For Petitioner : Mr.K.Kathiresan For Respondents : Mr.R.P.Murugan Raja Government Advocate O RDER This Writ Petition has been filed for direction directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 25.08.2025 and to direct the 4th respondent to survey and mark the land in Survey Nos.139/5A, 156/1D1, 156/1E1, 156 1E2 at Vasanthapuram Village, Namakkal Taluk, Namakkal district and to issue individual patta within the stipulated time fixed by this Hon'ble Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate for the respondents and perused the materials available on record.

3. The petitioner had derived title over the subject property after the demise of her husband. In order to survey the subject property, she had submitted a representation and also paid the requisite fees. However, so far, no steps have been taken by the third respondent to survey the subject property.

4. In view of the above, the third respondent is directed to engage a surveyor to survey the subject property and submit a report, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is made clear, that if the surveyor finds any difficulty or hindrance from any third party while surveying the petitioner's property, he can very well approach the concerned jurisdictional police to seek police aid. On receipt of the same, the concerned jurisdictional police shall provide adequate police protection to conduct survey on the petitioner's property.

5. With the above directions, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
