This petition has been filed to extend the time limit to deposit a sum of Rs.2,00,000/- (Rupees Two Lakhs only) to the credit of Crime No.223 of 2024, imposed on the petitioner by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.11979 of 2024 in Crl.O.P. No.16341 of 2024 dated 28.08.2024.

Considering the submissions made on both sides, this petition is ordered and time is extended by two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order, to deposit a sum of Rs.2,00,000/- (Rupees Two Lakhs only) to the credit of Crime No.223 of 2024, imposed on the petitioner by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.11979 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.
