This Writ Petition is filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing 1st and 2nd respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 12.07.2021, regarding permit the petitioner to retire from service on 31.01.2016A.N, on attaining the age of superannuation with all monetary benefits.

2. Considering the limited request made by the petitioner, the first respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 12.07.2021 and pass orders on merits in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

3. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
