ORDER

(Made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) We have heard Mr.M.Jaisingh, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.C.Kathiravan, learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents 1 and 2.

2. Learned Special Government Pleader submits that the enquiry that is pending before the second respondent would be concluded.

3. In case the enquiry is pending before the second respondent as contended by the petitioner, the authority shall decide the same after observing the principles of natural justice.

With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
