W.M.P.Nos.41163, 41165 & 41167 of 2025 in W.P.Nos.33538, 33539 & 33592 of 2025 KRISHNAN RAMASAMY.J., These petitions have been filed by the petitioner seeking to implead the proposed respondents No.2 and 3 in the above writ petition.

2.Learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the 1st respondent would submit that he has no objection in allowing the present petition.

3.Having regard to the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the present petitions are allowed.

4.Registry is directed to carryout necessary amendment in the writ petition.

5.Notice to the newly impleaded respondents 2 & 3, returnable by 26.11.2025.

Private notice is also permitted.

6.Post the matter on 26.11.2025.
