This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.OP.No.12749 of 2023, by an order dated 9.6.2023, to appear before the respondent police daily twice at 10.30 am., and 6.00 pm., until further orders.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police monthly twice i.e., on first and third week of every month on Monday morning at 10.30 am., until further orders.
