Comp.A.No.474 of 2024 ABDUL QUDDHOSE, J gm This application has been filed to ratify the action of the learned Official Liquidator by this Court in engaging the services of the capital record centre for storage of records of various companies under liquidation. Due to some renovation work in the building in which the learned Official Liquidator office is located, there became a necessity for the learned Official Liquidator to engage the services of the capital record centre for storage of records of various companies under liquidation. A detailed report has been filed by the learned Official Liquidator in support of this application giving reasons as to why the permission sought for in this application is required. This Court is satisfied with the same and this application is allowed as prayed for.
