2. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the above petition, personal appearanc of the petitioners before the learned trial court is dispensed with pending disposal of the above petition. However, the petitioners are directed to appear before the learned Magistrate, as and when their presence is required by the trial court.
