Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the third respondent to consider the petitioner's appeal dated 24.07.2025 and grant permission for the petitioner's college S.V.S.Medical College of Homeopathy and Research Institute for the Academic Year 2025-2026 without insisting for payment of processing fees for the past 5 years and conduct inspection and grant continuous recognition for the academic year 2025-2026 within a specified period as fixed by this Court.

This writ petition has been filed for direction to the third respondent to consider the petitioner's appeal dated 24.07.2025 and to grant permission for the petitioner's college i.e. S.V.S.Medical College of Homeopathy and Research Institute for the Academic Year 2025-2026 without insisting for payment of processing fees for the past 5 years and to conduct inspection and grant continuous recognition for the academic year 2025-2026 within a specified period as fixed by this Court. 2.
It is brought to notice of this Court that the request made by the petitioner has been already been rejected by the third respondent and against the rejection order, there is an appeal provision. 3.
Therefore, the petitioner is at liberty to file an appeal against the aforesaid order of rejection passed by the third respondent before the appellate authority within a period of one week from the date of receipt of copy of this order and on receipt of the same, the appellate authority is directed to dispose of the appeal within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of the appeal.

With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
