O R D E R

The parties were married on 03.06.2022 at Thiruchirapalli. Subsequently, the relationship between the parties have sored. Hence, the husband has filed a petition in H.M.O.P.No.110 of 2023 before the Subordinate Court at Thiruchirapalli.

2. The wife is a resident of Ambattur. She alleges that the husband has left to the United States and is being represented by his Power of 1/4

Attorney Agent. She is unable to travel from Ambattur to Thiruchirapalli for every hearing. Hence, she moved this application for transfer.

3. Notice was ordered on the transfer petition and Mr.S.Arun appears for the respondent. He has tendered no objection for the transfer of the proceedings from Thiruchirapalli to the Subordinate Court at Ambattur.

4. Taking into consideration the difficulties expressed by the wife as well as the no objection tendered by the husband, the proceedings in H.M.O.P.No.110 of 2023 are withdrawn from the file of the Subordinate Court at Thiruchirapalli and transferred to the file of the Subordinate Court at Ambattur.

5. With the above direction, the Tr.C.M.P. stands allowed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. 17.04.2024 Index : Yes/No Speaking Order : Yes/No Sgl 2/4
