This contempt petition has been filed to punish the respondents for their willful disobedience in not complying with the order dated 22.03.2024 passed by this Court in WP.no.7982 of 2024., thereby the respondents were directed to consider the case of the petitioner and to pass orders within a time frame.

The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents produced letter dated 25.03.2025 of the Tamilnadu Forest Department, before this Court, and submitted that the order passed by this Court in WP.No.7982 of 2024 dated 22.03.2024 has been complied with by the aforesaid letter dated 25.03.2025.
