3.Learned Counsel appearing for the Respondent No.12 has no serious objection in allowing this petition.

4.This Court has perused the affidavit. Reason stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition is satisfied. Hence, the petition in CMP.No.29406 of 2024 is allowed.

5.Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the main appeal and list the matter on 25.03.2026.
