This Court is satisfied with the reasons contained in the affidavit filed in support of this sub application, which has been filed to dispense with the filing of the certified copy of the order dated 28.02.2023 in W.P. No.34229 of 2019.

2. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent has also not raised any serious objection for allowing this application. Accordingly, this sub application is allowed as prayed for.

3. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent would also submit that he has advised the authority concerned to comply with the order, which is the subject matter of this contempt petition, within a period of two weeks, from today. The said statement made by the learned Additional Government Pleader is recorded.
