ORDER
(Made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) We have heard Mr.L.Chandrakumar, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.A.Arun Babu, learned Standing Counsel for the respondents.
2. The petitioner seeks direction against the respondents to remove the encroachment made in the Allikulam Commercial Complex.
3. The petitioner may file an application before the Committee constituted under G.O.Ms.No.64, Revenue Department dated 08.02.2022. If the petitioner files such an application before the
Committee, the Committee shall consider it on its own merits and in accordance with law expeditiously.
4. The writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
