This Writ Petition has been filed for direction directing the respondents 1 to 3 to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 31.01.2023 for grant of her salary payable for the period from 01.08.2019 to 19.12.2021.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record.

Without expressing any opinion on merits on the writ petition, the second respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 31.01.2023 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
