ORDER

(Made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) We have heard Mr.R.Chandrasekaran, learned counsel for the petitioner.

2. The petitioner is challenging the auction sale notice. The sale was scheduled on 27.12.2023. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the sale did not take place on the said date. He further submits that one-time settlement proposal was given and 10% amount was received by the bank.

3. Settlement is between the petitioner and the bank. Even according to the petitioner, the sale has not taken place on 27.12.2023. Therefore, the purpose of the writ petition does not survive now.

4. The writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, WMP No.36004 of 2023 is closed. (S.V.G., CJ.) (D.B.C., J.) 05.01.2024 Index : Yes/No : Yes/No tar
