This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.MP.No.16544 of 2023 in Crl.OP.No.19473 of 2023, by an order dated 13.10.2023, to appear before the respondent police once in a week at 10.30 am., till the filing of the final report.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioners is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police monthly once at 10.30 a.m., for a period of two months and thereafter, as and when required.
