This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 548 days in filing the above appeal.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner . 3.Ms.E.Yuvarani, learned representing counsel for Ms.Rathna Thara, would submit that she has got objections in allowing this petition.

4. The sole petitioner would aver that due to the accident that occurred on 22.09.2017, he is not able to work as he did before and also due to financial constraints, delay of 548 days occurred in filing this appeal.

5. The reasons assigned by the petitioner in the affidavit appear to be reasonable and acceptable. Therefore, this Court is inclined to allow this petition, subject to the condition that the interest for the delay period of 548 days shall stand waived.
