This petition is filed to condone the delay of 216 days in filing the above Civil Miscellaneous Appeal.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side.

3.On being satisfied with the averments assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this Court is inclined to condone. Hence, the delay is condoned.

4.The petitioner is not entitled to get interest for the default period.
