Prayer: Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking Writ of Mandamus, directing the 4th respondent to consider petitioner's representation dated 09.04.2025 and consequently remove the petitioner's ad-hoc-basis appointment and also consider the petitioner's 50 % daily rated service rendered to petitioner's service account regularisation of service and grant other benefits. ORDER

This writ petition is filed for the relief of a mandamus, directing the 4th respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 09.04.2025 and consequently remove the petitioner's ad hoc basis 2/6

appointment and also consider the petitioner's 50 % daily rated service rendered to the petitioner's service account and grant regularisation of service and other benefits.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either sides and perused the records.

3. Though a larger prayer has been sought in this writ petition, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that it would suffice to direct the 4th respondent to consider and pass orders on the representation of the petitioner dated 09.04.2025.

4. Accordingly, without going into the merits of the petitioner's claim, a direction is issued to the 4th respondent to consider and pass orders on the representation of the petitioner dated 09.04.2025, within a period of 12 weeks, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 3/6

5. This writ petition is disposed of with the aforesaid direction. No costs.
