This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to call for the records connected with the case in Crime No.218/2023 on the file of the 1st respondent-Police and quash the same.

2. Mr.B.Janakiram, learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that in respect of the same occurrence, counter case is pending in Crl.O.P.No.11124 of 2025 and would seek for listing both the matters together.

3. However, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that in respect of this crime number, final report has been filed before the concerned court and it is yet to be taken on file.

4. Mr.B.Janakiram, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this court to withdraw the criminal original petition and seeks liberty to challenge the final report for all the accused, after the charge sheet is numbered.

5. In view of the above submission, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioners to challenge the final report.
